Here are two pictures of me upgrading the memory of my 170B4 from 256MB to 512MB. I added an identical 256MB SODIMM to the empty memory slot. There is a LARGE performance gain in WinXP when going from 256MB to 512MB, highly recommended!

Does anyone know the correct RAM for the 180?

Depending on price, can someone post links to nicely priced reliable RAM sticks?

Crucial always has good quality ram:

Any of those will fit in the 180B5. You could save a few extra bux if you went with generic memory from Coast to Coast:

But Crucial is generally considered to be one of the better suppliers plus they have a lifetime warranty. Besides, $130 for a 512MB stick w/free shipping is a pretty decent deal right now anyway.
